The program was performed for 20 minutes, 3 times each week for 8 weeks. The t-test was used to analyze the differences within and between two groups. After 8 weeks, there were a significant differences statistically in impulsiveness, adventure seeking, self-centering, anger temperament(self-control): there was a significant difference between two groups in impulsiveness and anger temperament. Looking into the changes of attention before and after the EG and CG, the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the pre and post EG regarding selective attention and sustained attention, but there was no difference between self-control/distributed attention. There was no statistically significant difference between the groups after the experiment.
